Ingredients
Cookies:
113gm Butter
100gm Sugar
225gm Cake Flour
Half Nos Eggs
A Pinch of Salt
1tbsp GH Pandan Coconut Emulco
Royal Icing
100gm Meringue Powder
75ml Water
520gm Icing Sugar
Directions
Method:
Cookies:
1. Preheat the oven at 160 °C
2. Beat the butter and sugar together till creamy.
3. Add in eggs and GH Pandan Coconut emulco, mix till well combined.
4. Next, add in cake flour, baking powder and salt. Mix it well.
5. Place the dough on the parchment paper, then place another parchment paper on top of the dough. After that, flatten the dough to the thickness as per desired.
6. Then, cut the dough with the desired design cutter. And freeze it for a while.
7. Last but not least, arrange the cookie dough in the tray, and bake for 15 minutes.
Royal Icing
1. Mix all the ingredient together, beat till stiff peak.
2. Divide into 5 bowls, add in GH food colouring into each bowl; Black gel colour, Brown gel colour, Red gel colour, Lemom Yellow oil soluble colour, and Dark Green gel colour.
3. Mix the colours well, then put into the piping bag.
4. Take the baked cookies, colour up the cookies as you desired.
5. Once it’s done. You’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
