Ingredients
Salted Caramel Muffin:
160gm All Purpose Flour
1 1⁄4 tsp Baking Powder
110gm Sugar
90gm Ground Almond
125ml Milk
125gm Butter
2 nos Eggs
1tbsp GH Salted Caramel Emulco
Caramelized Apple
60gm Butter
150gm Brown Sugar
2 nos Apples
Directions
Method:
Salted Caramel Muffin:
1. Preheat the oven at 160 °C
2. Melt the butter over the double boil then set aside.
3. Next, add in milk, melted butter and GH Salted Caramel emulco into a bowl and mix till well combined.
4. Mix all dry ingredient together into another bowl.
5. Pour the salted caramel mixture into the dry mixture slowly and mix it well.
6. Add the mixture into a piping bag then, prepare a muffin cup and tray.
7. Pipe the mixture at ¾.
8. Add caramelized apple on each muffin.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Caramelized Apple:
1. Cook the butter and brown sugar till caramelized.
2. Cut the apple into pieces, the add the apples into the pot.
3. Turn off the heat and sift the apples.
