Our journey to Kedah was nothing short of amazing as we embarked on a roadshow to support local baking communities. The first stop was Alor Setar, where we celebrated the grand opening of SNF Ingredient Shop’s Bakez House. The event was a lively affair, buzzing with excitement as baking enthusiasts gathered to witness the festivities.
Our technical chef got the opportunity to show his action during a baking demonstration! It was inspiring to see so many attendees captivated by his skills and techniques, especially as he showcased creative ways to use emulco for baking. The energy was infectious, and we couldn’t be prouder to support SNF Ingredient Shop on such a momentous occasion.
Next, our roadshow took us to Jitra, Kedah, where we had the privilege of visiting HL Bakery, a beloved name in the local baking community. From themoment we arrived, the warm welcome from the people left a lasting impression. The bakery exuded an amazing vibe, and it was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces and new friends eager to learn.
Once again, our talented chef stole the show with a live baking demonstration, this time sharing exclusive secret tips on how to craft desserts that truly stand out.
