Job Description
Overall Job Objective :
- Responsible in providing technical support to relevant departments in order to facilitate sales and after sales services.
Core Responsibilities :
- Responsible in participating in domestic/overseas tradeshows/ exhibitions/ roadshows upon request by the company management.
- Craft market approaches by using company’s products and work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop functionalities which are able to highlight the values of our products portfolio.
- Co-ordinate and conduct workshop activities, training programs as well as tailor-made sessions for the customers by conducting roadshows/ demo classes.
- Provide technical support to customers and meet customers together with the sales team to achieve the company business objective on product acceptance and approval.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create monthly tutorial videos showcasing the company’s products and work on other related marketing activities.
Key Deliverables:
- To ensure good coordination between research & development department and sales department by providing technical advice.
- Consistently generating new ideas with the application of Green House Ingredient’s products, specifically in the new recipes of cake/bread/cookies and other related confectionery.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a relevant Certificate in Culinary or equivalent qualification.
- Strong industrial bakery, confectionery and pastry knowledge.
- At least 3 years of working experience in bakery/ pastry field.
- Passion for food and intimate knowledge of ingredients and blends.
- Capability to innovate and thrive in a commercial setting.
- Willing to travel.
- Basic computer skills and usage of Microsoft applications.
- Preferably Malaysian.
