330gm Cooked Sago
70gm Coconut Milk
30gm Caster Sugar
Mango Smoothie
120gm Coconut Milk
60gm Caster Sugar
180gm Ice Cube
10gm GH Mango Emulco
AN Mango Fruits
AN Mint Leaves
Directions
Method:
Sago
1. Heat the coconut milk and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Mix in the cooked sago.
3. Pour the sago into each glass. Set aside for later use.
Mango Smoothie
1. Pour coconut milk, caster sugar, ice cube and GH Mango Emulco into a blender.
2. Blend until fine and smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie on top of the sago for each glass.
4. Garnish with some fresh mango fruits and mint leaves. Serve well.
