50gm Butter (Room Temp)
1gm Salt
43gm Icing Sugar
1 tsp GH Ruby Chocolate Emulco
17gm Egg
105gm Flour
1gm Baking Powder
Condensed Milk Buttercream
60gm Butter (Room Temp)
45gm AbleFarm Condensed Milk
1 tsp GH Ruby Chocolate Emulco
Directions
Method:
Sand Cookies
1. Preheat oven at 150°C.
2. Slightly loosen up the butter then add in icing sugar and mix well.
2. Add in GH Ruby Chocolate Emulco and egg in 2-3 times, mixed well.
3. Add in flour and baking powder change to spatula and mix until well combined.
4. Wrap the dough with a cling film and flatten it then put into chiller for 40 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough in between 2 parchment paper till about 0.2cm – 0.3cm then put back to the chiller for at least 10 minutes.
6. cut the dough with round cookies cutter (6cm).
7. Baker for 13-15 minutes.
Condensed Milk Buttercream
1. Cream the butter till light and fluffy.
2. Add in condensed milk and GH Ruby Chocolate Emulco, mix till well combined.
3. Put into the piping bag and leave aside.
– Let the cookies to cool down before piping in the buttercream.
– Chill the cookies after piping ti let the buttercream set. You are ready to serve. Enjoy!
