60gm Caster Sugar
30gm Water
1 tsp GH Strawberry Emulco
Lemonade
100gm Drinking Water
65gm Caster Sugar
105gm Lemon Juice
To Assemble
AN Ice Cube
200gm Sparkling Water
AN Sliced Lemon
AN Strawberries
AN Mint Leaves
Directions
Method:
1. Heat the drinking water, sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved. Place in the jar and let it aside for later use.
2. Boil the sugar and water. Mix in GH Strawberry Basil Emulco and place into a jar for later use.
3. To assemble, pour the Strawberry Basil syrup into the glass, followed by ice cube, sliced lemon and strawberry.
4. Pour in lemonade and fill up with the sparkling water. Decorate with mint leaves. Serve well.
