75gm Rice Flour
90gm Castor Sugar
460gm Water
13gm GH Pandan Coconut Emulco
Part B
550gm Coconut Milk
2gm Salt
35gm Rice Flour
Directions
Method:
Part A
1. Mix sugar and rice flour into water and stir it, pour GH Pandan Coconut Emulco and stir until mixed well.
2. Pour into the pot and stir for 5 minutes with medium heat temperature until nicely cooked.
3. When it is cooked, pour into a container and let it cool for 20 minutes.
Part B
1. Pour coconut milk, salt and rice flour into the pot, stir for 5 minutes with medium heat temperature until nicely cooked.
2. Pour into the same container. You’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
