Ingredients
Cookies:
- Margarine: 200 g
- Powdered Sugar: 50 g
- Egg Yolks: 2 pcs
- Grated Cheese: 50 g
- Cornstarch (Maizena): 25 g
- Greenhouse Milk Emulco: 25 g
- All-purpose Flour (low-protein): 300 g
Glaze:
- Egg Yolks: 2 pcs
- Vegetable Oil: 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all the cookie ingredients together in a bowl using a hand mixer on low speed, or manually as long as it’s well combined and can be rolled into a dough. Then, shape into balls according to your preference. Place the prepared nastar filling inside the dough and roll it back into balls. Bake in an oven at 130°C for about 35 minutes, brushing the cookies with the egg yolk glaze twice during baking.
Note:
This dough can be used to make cookies by using other Greenhouse Emulco such as strawberry emulco, pandan coconut emulco, chocolate emulco, yam emulco, orange emulco, etc.
