Green Tea Duo Loaf
250gm Bread Flour
25gm Caster Sugar
4gm Salt
20gm Whipping Cream
20gm Condensed Milk
150gm Milk
3gm Instant Yeast
25gm Unsalted Butter
1 tsp GH Vanilla Flavour
2 tsp GH Green Tea Emulco



1. Preheat the oven to top 220°C and bottom 160°C. Brush some butter onto the bread pan.
2. Mix the whipping cream, condensed mik, milk, GH Vanilla Flavour and instant yeast together.
3. Mix the bread flour, caster sugar and salt well. Pour the liquid mixture into flour mixture; mix until well combined. Keep mixing until the dough is slightly smooth.
4. Then, add in the unsalted butter. Continue mixing until it is smooth and check the windowpane.
5. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One shape it round and place aside. Another one mix with GH Green Tea Emulco and shape round. Let both doughs ferment for an hour or until it is doubled in size.
6. Flatten the vanilla dough and the green tea dough. Place the green tea dough on top of vanilla dough. Roll up the dough. Place the rolled dough into the prepared bread pan.
7. Ferment for an hour or until it is doubled in size. Bake for 40 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, let it cool down for 5 minutes and carefully remove the bread loaf from the bread pan.
9. Let it cool down completely, slice it and serve well.
