Strawberry Emulco - 1kg:
200gm Castor Sugar
200gm Lemon Juice
18gm GH Strawberry Emulco
1. Boil the water and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Turn off the stove, add in lemon juice and GH Strawberry Emulco. Mix well.
3. Pour into a bowl and keep in the freezer for 3 hours.
4. After 3 hours, take it out from the freezer. Use a fork to scrape the frozen granita. Repeat 2-3 times of these steps after 1 hour.
5. Serve it int the glass. Enjoy!
