Teh Tarik Sponge
1. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Line up the rectangle tray.
2. Warm up the milk and unsalted butter, stir until well combined.
3. Double-boil the egg yolk, beat it until smooth.
4. Next, beat the egg white and add in sugar until fluffy then add in the warm egg yolk and mix until well combined.
5. Add in cake flour and melted mixture, and mix it well.
6. Add GH Teh Tarik Emulco respectively, mix until well combined.
7. Pour the teh tarik batter into the prepared tray. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
8. After baking, leave it to cool aside. Then, cut the side of the cake.

Teh Tarik Cream
1. Whisk the topping cream until hard peak. Mix in whipping cream and GH Teh Tarik Emulco together.
2. Place the teh tarik sponge, then spread the teh tarik cream with boba and cover it with the teh tarik cream.
3. Roll the cake inwards. Use a plastic spatula/ scraper to tighten the roll. Chill for 30 minutes and you’re ready to eat.
