Ingredients:

Orange Chocolate Brownies
200gm White Chocolate
125 gm Butter
100gm Sugar
3nos Eggs
Pinch of Salt
100gm Flour
7gm GH Orange Emulco

Chili Chocolate Ice Cream
200gm Whipping Cream
80gm Condensed Milk
40gm Cocoa Powder
1 tsp GH Hexa Chilli Powder

Directions

Method:

Orange Chocolate Brownies
1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
2. Melt white chocolate, butter and sugar.
3. Mix in all the ingredients.
4. Roughly divide half of the batter to another bowl and mix in the Orange Emulco.
5. Pour into baking pan according to the pattern you prefer to create,
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until slightly golden brown.

Chili Chocolate Ice Cream
1.Whip the cream until 70% whipped and add in all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover with cling wrap and store in freezer at least 6 hours before serving.
